Safety Instructions for Emergency Rescue

Chapter 7 · Manual page 302

  • Please always observe the high-voltage safety precautions during rescue. The safety of rescue personnel and any by standers is priority.
  • Vehicle components with high-voltage warning labels and orange harnesses are high-voltage components.
  • Please always follow the safety requirements on the warning labels fitted to the high-voltage system.
  • Work on high-voltage components must be performed by qualified personnel, and the operators must always wear suitably insulated personal protective equipment and use insulated tools.
  • When working on high-voltage components, the high voltage must be disconnected by strictly following the operation instructions of “High Voltage Disconnection” in this Handbook to ensure safety before proceeding.
  • Never damage the high-voltage battery pack when lifting the vehicle from below. Please take extra care to ensure that the floor is not damaged when using rescue tools.
  • Regardless of the operations, care should always be taken with all high-voltage components, and cutting, squeezing or touching high- voltage components, failure to observe these instructions may cause severe injury or death.
