Tow Mode

Chapter 2 · Manual page 92

Your vehicle is equipped with a towing mode, which can be enabled in the following two ways:

  1. You can turn on tow mode through “Central Screen - Setting - Driving - Tow Mode”;
  2. Install the electrical components of the trailer directly, and you will receive a reminder to turn on tow mode in the Central Screen. The following situations will result in the inability to enable tow mode:
  • When the vehicle is in a non-P gear;
  • When the vehicle is in service mode;
  • When the vehicle is in the super energy-saving mode;
  • When there is a fault with the vehicle suspension.
  • When tow mode is enabled, ADAS functions will be restricted or disabled.
  • When tow mode is enabled, the super energy-saving mode is unavailable.
  • When tow mode is enabled, the suspension adjustment function is unavailable.
  • When tow mode is enabled, disable the tailgate soft switch.

After the electrical connection is completed, if the trailer fog lights are detected, the rear fog lights of the vehicle will be disabled and the trailer fog lights will be enabled.
