  1. Remove the label from the bottom of the repair liquid bottle and affix it to the car’s steering wheel as a reminder to the driver not to exceed a speed of 50 mph (80 km/h) while driving.
  2. Connect the air hose end of the electric air pump to the repair fluid bottle. Install the repair liquid bottle upside down in the slot on the electric air pump. Unscrew the valve dust cap of the damaged tire and connect the repair fluid bottle hose connector to the tire valve. Check that the electric inflator power switch is off (“O” is pressed), then connect the electric inflator plug to the 12-volt electrical outlet to keep the vehicle powered on.

To prevent overdischarge of the battery, it is suggested to place the vehicle in READY mode.

Diagram showing: Switch on the power switch of the electric air pump (i.e., press "—"), and begin refilling tyre sealant. It takes about 30 seconds to drain the repair fluid reservoir. About 5 to 10 minutes are required for the tyre to reach the specified pressure. 3. Switch on the power switch of the electric air pump (i.e., press ”—”), and begin refilling tyre sealant. It takes about 30 seconds to drain the repair fluid reservoir. About 5 to 10 minutes are required for the tyre to reach the specified pressure.

When the electric air pump works, the pressure gauge may briefly reach 600 kPa (i.e., 6 bar), and then the pressure begins to drop to normal.

  1. When the specified pressure is achieved, please turn off the electric air pump (i.e., press “O”).

If the specified tyre pressure is not reached within 10 minutes, please remove the tyre repair kit and move the vehicle for a distance equal to one revolution of the tyre before re-inflating it. If the specified pressure is still not achieved, it indicates that the tyre has been severely damaged and beyond repair; please contact an Authorised Repair for assistance.

Continuous operation of the electric air pump for more than 10 minutes may lead to motor overheating and damage.

It is prohibited to power on/off the electric air pump for several times consecutively.

  1. Remove the repair fluid reservoir from the slot and disconnect the hose of the reservoir from the tyre valve. Remove the plug of the electric air pump from the 12V power socket, and place the tyre repair tool into the front compartment storage box.
  2. Drive the vehicle within 1 minute upon the completion of above operations to ensure even distribution of the sealant inside the tyre, with a driving speed not exceeding 50 mph (80 km/h) and a distance no more than 3.1 mi (5 km). Then stop and check the tyre pressure after driving. If the tyre pressure is less than 11.6psi (0.8 bar), it indicates that the tyre has been severely damaged and beyond repair. Please contact the After-sales Repair for inspection. If the tyre pressure is between 11.6psi (0.8 bar) and the specified pressure, an electric air pump should be used to inflate the tyre to the specified pressure. Repeat Step 6. If the tyre pressure equals the specified pressure, you may continue driving, but the speed shall not exceed 50 mph (80 km/h) and the distance shall not exceed 124 miles (200km).

Your vehicle is equipped with noise reduction tyres, repairs are limited and must be carried out using specialist equipment and repair methods.

The tyre repair tool is only applicable to tyre damage caused by pins with a diameter not exceeding 6 mm, and it can only be used for temporary repairs in the areas shown below.
